Navigating Anti-Bribery Legislation: Remaining Compliant and Competitive in the Global Marketplace

Join us for our 3rd Annual Symposium on Friday, March 30, 2012. This year's topic focuses on Global Anti-Bribery Laws with emphasis on providing practical insights about our own F.C.P.A. along with legal and business implications of the U.K. Bribery Act, the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention, and the obstacles to doing business in the developing world caused by systemic corruption generally and bribery specifically.
Our renowned guest speakers will begin their presentations in the Law School's Moot Court Room at 1:30 and conclude at 4:30 with a reception to follow. 2.5 Free CLEs will offered (approval pending), and no pre-registration is required. We will be updating the program on the website in the coming weeks, so please check back closer to the event for further information.
