Joshua L. Wilczynski
Joshua is a 2L at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He received his Master’s Degree in Administration of Justice from Mercyhurst College. His graduate thesis focused on the impact of the European Union’s open border policies on crime in the country of Sweden. Prior to graduate school Josh graduated with distinction from Penn State University with a degree in Political Science and a minor in International Studies. At Penn State, he was a research associate for the Comprehensive Statistical Database of Multilateral Treaties where he also co-authored an article that was presented at the 2005 Hague Joint Conference on Contemporary Issues of International law. This article was later published. Before coming to law school, Josh worked as a legal advocate at a nonprofit that assisted domestic violence survivors. Prior to that, he worked in the teaching department at a school for adjudicated adolescent males. Josh is currently the Vice President of the Criminal Law Society. This past summer, he clerked at the Cleveland Law Department in the Criminal Division.
